I'm currently working on a returns process which utilizes the EWM Post Unplanned GI functionality.
The posting I'm doing is to a non-EWM warehouse.
Normally it works fine.
But in my process I need to post a HU that is attached to a Direct Outbound Delivery Order.
When I do this, from within /SCWM/ADGI it looks fine, there are no error messages and the goods are removed from EWM.
However, this causes an inbound queue error on the ERP side with the error message:
"storage location PDO5 does not exist"
Now this is NOT the storage location I entered into /SCWM/ADGI.
It seems that it IS complaining about the fact that the goods were assigned to a delivery (PDO being the document category......not sure where the '5' is coming from). I would expect this transaction to be possible. To me this sounds like a program error.
