How to configure Addition to existing stock conditionally in storage bin

Hello Experts,

 

Addition to existing stock - conditionally if  the expiry date is within 7 days then combine.


The scenario is if the existing product in storage bin  SLED date is within 7 days u can combine with the incoming products , if not the product should proceed with the next Bin.

 

Can I do this with the standard setting or I have to make any further enhancement (BADI)???. Kindly  guide me how to do this requirement........

CIF: error during the activating of integration modell

Dear experts,

 

Im trying to transferr some data from my ERP system to my SCM(EWM) system.

 

I followed the steps founded in SAP Help, but everytime I try to transfer the data via CFM2(from my ERP system) an error in one of my quees appears which

says that "Name or Password is not correct":

I think its about my user, but when Im trying to do remote login from my qRFC-Connection(SM59) with this user, I can log in in SCM system.

 

What do I wrong here?

Hi there,

 

 

I have the following issue, hoping anyone can help me out:

 

We use tr.code:  /SCWM/MAT1  to maintain a WareHouse-product. On the Warehouse-data page, I can change the field: Putaway Control Indicator.

After saving the change, the CIF-interface is triggered and an update is sent to ECC, where this field is mapped into the MaterialMaster-data.

 

Now I need this to be done in background, using a scheduled report.

I have created a z-report which can update the Putaway Control Indicator, exactly like in SAP GUI foreground. The only difference however is that the CIF interface to ECC is not triggered...!!!

 

 

I have tried FM: 'BAPI_PRDSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2'      and also     '/SAPAPO/DM_PRODUCT_POST_ONE'.   Both can update the Putaway Control Indicator, but no CIF is sent out!

I have also tried COMMIT_WORK, CALL FUNCTION '/SAPAPO/DM_MATERIAL_INIT',   etc etc., but did not succeed!



Anybody any ideas?

Could you let me know how to create an BADI for Inbound Processing for location in SCM Basis.

The BADI "SMOD_APOCF001"doesn't exists in the system.

 

Let me know if there exists any BC sets to create the Badi for the same.

EWM table expiration date

Hi,

 

I need to get the table where expiration date SLED is stored (the one set by the user on the item level through /SCWM/PRDI) .

I tried table /SCWM/AQUA, but when the item is fully received, there is no recored of the item in this table (and no expiration date).

 

Any suggestion please?

Equivalent tables for MARA, MAKT and MCH1 in the EWM system

Hi,

 

 

I would like to construct a report using the existing tables in EWM. But it turns out that it's somewhat different from the ECC system.

 

 

The material tables, MARA and MAKT and the batch table, MCH1 table are not there. I need the material number( like MARA-MATNR), material description/name(MAKT-MAKTX), the division ( MARA-SPART) and the batch number(MCH1-CHARG) and expiration date(MCH1-VFDAT).

 

Could someone provide the EWM equivalent for these tables and fields?

Level of available quantity

Hi All,

 

As per my client requirement picking should only determine source storage bin and source HU will be entered while confirming the picking task. For this requirement I have set "Level of available quantity" as "1" i.e. at storage bin level in storage type.

Two HU stocks are available in the bin

 

HU1 - 10 PC

HU2 - 2   PC

 

Created an outbound delivery for 10 qty. As per my understanding system should create a WT with 10 qty without a source HU. Instead it is showing an error "There are only 2 PC of product available.

Outbound delivery is not distributed to EWM

Hello Experts,


When  transferring outbound  delivery from ECC to EWM its not getting distributed  to  EWM system.  When I checked in the transaction SLG1 it showing an error message

I have maintained  ‘’define own business system” and ‘’define business system“  with the same name (ERP_001).

 

My problem is Inbound Delivery from ERP  is distributed to EWM system but not the Outbound Delivery. How can I rectify this error?.  Help me out with your ideas.

Trigger POSC for manually posted goods receipt after simple unloading of HU

HI,

 

There is a business requirement to trigger POSC for an HU from goods receipt zone to quality work center  , once GR has been posted manually .

The process flow is as follows :

  • Packed inbound delivery is assigned to a TU.
  • TU  arrives at door.
  • Simple unloading using RF is done (Since it is simple unloading, no WT is created).
  • Goods Receipt is posted manually for the inbound delivery.
  • Once goods receipt status for the inbound delivery is set to "complete" , warehouse task has to be created for the inbound delivery , triggering a POSC , with steps " QIS, IB03" .

 

The action profile "/scwm/prdi_in" is assigned to the document type "INB" , the action definition for creating warehouse task  "/scwm/prd_in_to_create"  is set to "immediate processing" and "schedule automatically" .

The schedule condition record has been maintained as :

 

How can the above process flow be achieved?

Delete or change outbound delivery distributed to EWM.

Hi gurus,

I create an outbound delivery in ERP and it is sent to EWM, EWM activates it automaticaly. Then I decide to cancel (delete) the outbound delivery. Altough the status of oubound delivery order is "not started", when i try to change it using VL02N system does not allow to change it. Posts an error message " The delivery was distributed, meaning that processing occurs in another system. The report back has not yet been received.".

What do you advice me to do.

Automatic warehouse task for Inspection procedure N

Dear all,

 

When a product has inspection rule with Inspection Procedure N which means "no inspection", no inspection document will be created for Inbound delivery. Then we do GR, we would expect that  a putaway warehouse task is created automatically, but not. Could you tell me why system does not create warehouse task? Is there any configuration by which we can fullfill this, sor should we go for customer development?

Physical Inventory Process in EWM 9.0

1.   This question is about Physical Inventory process in EWM. The system forces to write-off the difference between the Physical Inventory and Book Inventory then and there. The requirement of the customer is to push the quantity difference into DFA (Difference Analyzer) and then correct the Book Stock only at the end of the month. But their material planning run should regard the Actual Physical Inventory though the differences are not yet posted. Can you please suggest how to achieve this?

How are storage location locations associated to storage type

Hi ,

 

I have a question ,

 

Incase of a storage location ROD , it takes only stock of F1 type which is unrestricted use in putaway . why is that.
For AFS , similarly it uses F2 type of stock which is unrestricted use in Warehouse.

 

How can these two things be linked. Tell me what storage type will suit ROD and what will suit AFS.
I can understand a bit, when it comes to ROD , the picking is not possible as the goods are jus in dock , received , so that it cant be
directly used for picking in case if it has process like DE-consolidation, VAS ,etc.

 

That s why a concept of cross docking was introduced.Similarly stock types like Q1,B1,Q2,B2,IM would fall under which storage location and why. Please some one brief me to understand this concept easily. I would be so thankful to you.

[EWM] Picking from bulk storage - Pick Point

Hi,

 

I have some issues with the following scenario:

 

There is a warehouse with bulk storage. Putaway of partial HUs back is allowed.

- Picking of HUs (full pallets) should be transferred - direct - to the goods issue zone

- For picking of partial HUs a picking point should used. This process consists several steps

-- Transferring the full pallet (HU) to the picking point

-- Take the requested portion of the product and create a second HU

-- Transfer the new HU to the GI-zone

-- Put away the old HU with the updated quantity back

 

My solution approach:

 

To route full and partial picks differently the layout-oriented storage control can be used. There is an option for partial removal.

- For complete stock pick there is an entry in the layout-oriented storage control table not necessary, because there are not any Interim storage bins. (Storage bin -> GI-zone)

- For partial picks there is an entry to route via the pick-point

 

Problems:

- The layout-oriented storage control works only with HU-Warehouse-Task. But the first in the context of the outbound delivery order generated WT is a product WT.

- I didnt quite follow the rf processing (partial stock removal). After I enter the source-HU, in the respective screen, i get only the option to enter the destination bin (GI-zone). As a result the request product quantity is in the GI-zone without a HU-number.

 

Does somebody has some helpful advice on my issues?

Connection error Destination: RFCGEOCODER_TEST_PTV

Dear All

 

  After the successful configuration for EWM - CIF, i created the distribution model CFC1 and executed the distribution model. But when i executes i received the error message

" Internal error in RFCG, IN. RFC: Connection error Destination: RFCGEOCODER_TEST_PTV Message no. GEOCODING004"

 

I checked the RFC connection for GEOCODER it works fine.

 

Kindly help on this issue.

material staging MF60

Hello gurus,

i have implemented the material staging via WM-PP interface using MF60.

I'm facing one problem: i need to create only one TO for all the material staged, but at the moment the system create one TO for each material, or sometimes group the material togheter. I 'm not able to understand the logic the system works.
